A personal note here to introduce this video! Of all the incredible innovation on show at MWC23, my 'magic moment' was seeing a visually impaired young man engaging with sport, specifically football - in a whole new way and for the very 1st time.
This was a highly personal moment, not appropriate to film directly but instead at Tomorrow's Tech Today we wanted to highlight such a meaningful innovation with this 'behind the tech' explainer. With only around 3% of #football stadiums around the world offering live audio transcriptions, Touch2See challenges this status quo with its tactile touchpad offering - this resembles a miniature sports field and reproduces the movements of the ball and players in real-time through haptic feedback and vibrations. A whole new level of experience and engagement - and this will not be limited to football, 15 other sports are already in scope in the medium term. More on this soon - we love it! #dei
